My diary is open for new clients!
All clients will need a consultation prior to your booking to colour match the extensions to your natural hair and decide on your preferred brand. The brands that I offer include Remi Cachet, Beauty Works, Hair Rehab London and Euphoria One. In addition to this, I need to consult you on what thickness of extensions best suits your hair and talk you through my care guide.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid to secure all new hair booking. This will be taken off your overall price.
For new client online bookings, please ONLY book in for a consultation. A fitting date can be booked at the consultation appointment. Any consultation no-shows will have to pay £25 to book in again.
All refit bookings must be confirmed via the Fresha Booking App with a debit/credit card. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless you reschedule without at least 48hours notice; if you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged up to 50% of your appointment fee. Should your payment fail, it will be tried again two more times in the following week. If I unable to collect your fee and/or get hold of you, I will be unable to accept you back as a client.
A cancellation policy of 48 hours is applicable for all bookings. If you are running late, please give me a ring – if you are running more than 10/15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If any appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within the 48 hours or missed, you will be charged via the Fresha booking app.

Mini Locks Superior Hair
Available with Remi Cachet Hair. This hair will last 4-5 refits with the correct aftercare.
Refit price is dependent on how many extensions you have. Maintenance carried out by Lauren are at a cheaper price, appointments will last between 1.5-3.5 hours. All appointment and maintenance appointments carried out by Alice (owner) will last a maximum of 1.5-2 hours on average.
All appointments are delivered to the highest standard, as always. Complimentary drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, styling products, umbrellas, and more are included—now and always!
All hair extensions must be refitted every 8-12 weeks. Any clients outside of this time frame may need to pay for a removal and re-sectioning of the extensions. This is because the rows of the extensions become much harder to refit after this point; hair extensions become more at risk of getting knottier after the 8-12 weeks, making the appointment time longer to accommodate.
If your extensions are matted at the roots due to poor aftercare and cannot be refitted by the rows, a removal will be needed before hand. This is charged at £20-40 depending on thickness.

Available with Euphoria One Mongolian Hair. This hair will last 2-3 refits with the correct aftercare.

Removal
The price for a removal is £60 including a wash and trim. If you are having an older set previously fitted by me removed before a new set being fitted on the same day, the removal cost is reduced to £20/40.
